Indegredients:
- 500gm chicken pieces
- 250gm tomato slices
- 100gm curd or yoghurt
- 2chopped onions
- 1 tbst ginger garlic paste
- spices cumin, turmeric, corriander in powder form
- 1/2 tbst garam masala
- chicken masala powder
Recipe process:
1. Wash chicken pieces in fresh water then it leaves in soak with curd. This is very necessary for making it different and delicious.
2. Take a medium sized pot add ghee or oil into it. After heated add slice onions. Not heated till brown rather leave it in little brown.
3. Add slice tomato and all masala powder into the pot.
4. Add curdy chicken into the pot after 5 minutes of masala adding.
5. Leave it in low flame of heat for 10 minutes until tomato smashed and then in high flame for 2 minutes.
6. Add garam masala and chicken powder for test. Lastly add corriander for more tasty after off flame. you can skip corriander.
