Let's try Indian green chutney (5 recipes including guava chutney):-
Green chutney is choice of maximum Indian . In Indian culture, green chutney is often served as a side with snacks like samosas, pakoras, and chaat.
It adds a burst of flavor and a hint of spice to dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience.It show tradition of India. And each person have their own recipe for making green chutney or sauces.
These chutney are different types made by different things having great taste. Many people use corriander green chilies for making it.
I share with you my different types of recipes . So I use corriander green leaves, green chilies, tomatoes, guava, mango, mint leaves,lemon, garlic etc.
Let's start making it:-
1. Corriander and mint leaves chutney ( dhaniya, pudeena):
For making it I use green leaves of mint and pudeena. Wash them in to fresh water. The add it in to jar then add half lemon juice, 2-3 green chilies , 1 table spoon salt or according to test than grind it with help of grinder. Yah! Your tasty amazing chutney is ready.
2. Guava chutney:
Guava chutney is amazing and have amazing taste. For this I used to take rip guava and green corriander or dhaniya, 2-3green chilies wash them with fresh water . Cut guava in slices add salt taste according than grind it in grinder. This chutney will give you fresh vibes, you definitely enjoy this.
3. Curdy mint chutney:
First take fresh mint leaves wash it and add into grinder jar add 4 spoon curd into it you can add corriander or not. Then add 2 green chilies. 1/2 table spoon sugar 2 table spoon salt or according to taste and 1/2cup of water. Grind it and serve with pakode, snacks, biriyani etc.
4. Tomato and dhaniya chutney:
This is committed chutney in my house for daily use. For this take tomatoes , wash it and give direct heat in it . When it looks black type, off the flame and remove its outer cover than add in jar with green corriander (dhaniya), green chilies, 1-2 garlic cloves, addition to Salt taste according. Then grind it in grinder.
5. Mango mint (pudina) chutney:
It is spicy and sour taste. For making this take 2 raw mango, remove out cover and seed than cut in slices than add in jar with green mint pudina leaves than add green chillies and salt according to taste.you can add sugar or can skip it. Grind it in grinder than serve the tasty 😋 chutney.
