Let's start making pizza without oven with nurul
If you not know about how to make pizza then try this easiest recipe, which makes you happy. You can try this recipe in oven or without oven. Let's start with indegredients of 500gm pizza.
Indegredients:
Crust( for pizza base):
- 250g wheat flour
- 10g salt
- 10g sugar
- 15g active dry yeast
- 150ml lukewarm water
Sauce:
- 100g crushed tomatoes
- 20g tomato puree
- 10g olive oil or any oil
- 5g salt
- 5g sugar
- 2g dried oregano
- 2g dried basil (can skip)
Toppings:
- 150g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell, ginger, peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives)
Optional ingredients:
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Garlic for added flavor
- Spices (e.g., red pepper flakes, dried oregano, can add Maggie masala , chilly flakes) for added flavour.
Instructions:
For making pizza base:
1. In a large mixing bowl, first combine sugar and yeast powder with luke warm water. For 2 minutes.
2. Gradually add wheat flour (cake flour) and mix until a dough forms.
3. Add olive oil and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hour.
5. Punch down the dough and shape into a circle or rectangle.
6. Press it with help of fork or knife to making narrow hall it.
7. You can store it in freeze.
Making sauce (can use market sauce)
1. In a small bowl, combine crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, olive oil, salt, sugar, oregano.
2. Mix well and adjust seasoning as needed.
Baking and topping instructions:
1. Spread the sauce over the dough, leaving a small border.
2. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the sauce.
3. Add your desired toppings.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
5. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
(Pizza making without oven - after topping take a big pot use a small round pizza sized plate apply oil in plate them put it in heated pot . Keep it fully covered with low flame after 20-25 minutes. You can off flame and take out plate carefully).
Useful tips:
- Use a pizza stone or baking sheet to achieve a crispy crust.
- Rotate the pizza halfway through baking for even cooking.
- Keep an eye on the pizza while it's baking, as cooking time may vary.
