Enjoy free time snacks, Chicken Pakoda

 Chicken pakodas are a popular Indian snack made by marinating chicken pieces in a blend of spices, coating them in besan (gram flour) batter, and deep-frying until crispy and golden brown. 

They are crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with flavorful spices. Chicken pakodas are perfect for enjoying as a tasty snack or appetizer with your favorite chutney or sauce.

To make 500g of chicken pakodas, you'll need about 500g of boneless chicken cut into small pieces. You'll also need besan (gram flour), spices like turmeric, chili powder, salt, and some oil for frying.

Exact indegredients are given below:

  1. 500gm chicken
  2. 50gm besan(gram flour)
  3. 50gm curd
  4. Salt 2 table spoon
  5. 1/2 table spoon spices powder (turmeric powder, cumin, black pepper, Corriander, Red chili powder)
  6. 1/4 baking soda Powder
  7. 250gm oil
  8.  2 table spoon rice flour 
  9.  1 Egg
  10.  1table spoon garlic ginger paste 

(You can add some additional things or can skip the any above indegredients, but these combination makes it crunchy and delicious.)

Great! Here's a my simple recipe for chicken pakodas:



1. Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric, chili powder, salt, rice flour, egg, garlic ginger paste and curd  for about 30 minutes.

2. Coat the marinated chicken pieces in besan (gram flour) mixed with a little water to form a thick batter and baking soda powder.

3. Heat oil in a pan for frying.

4. Fry the coated chicken pieces in fry pan until they are golden brown and crispy.

5. Enjoy your delicious chicken pakodas with some chutney or ketchup on the side and can use it with onion salad.

For 500g of chicken pakodas, the approximate nutritional values can vary based on the specific recipe and ingredients used. However, as a general estimation:

- If you want to make it more crunchy then marinate chicken with gram flour and baking soda powder and leave it for 1 hour.
